Delivery Information

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY CHARGES

These will be clearly shown on the order form and will be included in the total price you pay before you confirm your order.

All Orders over £60.00 will need to be signed for upon delivery.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL MAINLAND UK ORDERS

Orders under £60.00 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, please allow 3-5 days.

Orders over £60.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. 

If you require next day delivery for items under £55.00 please call us on  0800 246 1909 or email us at: info@puritys.co.uk before ordering.

FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

All USA orders will be delivered by Royal Mail signed for international delivery.

European orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Signed for Service.

An additional £12.50 delivery charge will be added to all overseas, USA and European orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

We will contact you by email to confirm your order details.  If the item is in stock we will normally deliver within 2-5 days. However most of our items are handmade or hand finished to order and delivery time may take 2-4 weeks. We will inform you soon after your order has been placed of the expected delivery date. If this is not suitable we will give you the option to cancel your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund, providing it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.  The item must be unworn, in the same condition, with its original packaging and any relevant documentation. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item by completing the online form to request and RMA number.

We regret this offer does not include earrings (for health reasons), personalised items or special orders.   
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you return your item using Royal Mail Special Delivery to  ensure the item is insured in transit and provides proof of return.

For change of mind refunds we are not responsible for the cost of your postage or any charges you may incur
